| Description |
These federal funds are used to decrease bicyclist and pedestrian injuries and fatalities on North Carolina's streets and highways and other public right-of-way by improving these corridors and the travel environment for safe bicycle and pedestrian use, thus promoting increased bicycling and walking. |
