| Description |
Accepting applications for grants from non-profit entities in North Carolina to conduct education and awareness activities on organ and tissue donation and advance care planning. The goal is to increase the number of organ, eye and tissue donors, and increase the number of actionable donor designations. |
| Grantee Eligibility |
Grant Proposals will be accepted from North Carolina based non-profit organizations meeting the grant criteria and all provisions of North Carolina General Statute § 143-6.2 which can be found at www.ncgrants.gov.
Types of eligible non-profit entities might include but are not limited to Organ Procurement Organizations, Tissue Banks, Eye Banks, Coalitions on Donation, Advance Care Planning and End-of-Life Organizations, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Civic Organizations, Faith Communities, Museums and Libraries.
