Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
||CAP is a mandated 100 percent federally funded, statewide program that assists individuals with disabilities in understanding and receiving rehabilitation services, and using the rehabilitation system by providing clarity to those individuals regarding rehabilitation program requirements and procedures. This is accomplished through information and referral outreach and through direct advocacy services for those individuals encountering problems in applying for or receiving services for which they are eligible. CAP's work supports the goals of rehabilitation programs as funded under the Rehabilitation Act to include the Division of Services for the Blind (DSB) and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) by resolving barriers; thereby promoting more access to and receipt of rehabilitation services to more individuals with disabilities.
