| Description |
ENCSD serves deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf/blind children, about 50% of whom have multiple disabilities, ages 5 to 21 in grades K through 12 and their families from the 53 eastern counties of NC. The school provides day and residential students access to the NC Standard Course of Study, independent living skills, and other accomodations and therapies as outlined in each child's Individualized Education Program (IEP). |
