| Grantee Eligibility |
Subrecipients are units of local government and private non-profit organizations. Eligible nonprofit agencies must be 501(c)(3) organizations, have tax-exempt status, have a volunteer board, have operated a shelter for at least one year, and have an acceptable accounting system. |
