| Description |
Rural and underserved NC communities benefit from the placement of primary medical, psychiatric, and dental providers through this program. The Office markets statewide and nationally to attact potential candidates for placement in the state. Each candidate responding to marketing efforts is interviewed and matched to a site that best meets his or her interests. In addition, the Office uses a sophisticated database for tracking candidates and opportunities. To augment recruitment, incentives are offered through a loan repayment program. |
