| Description |
Recommend for licensure, certify and regulate by: performing plan reviews and inspections of healthcare and jail facility construction and renovation projects; conducting biennial licensure inspections of existing Mental Health and Adult Care Facilities; performing life safety inspections for Medicaid/Medicare of certified facilities; administration of Health Care Facility Finance Program (HFA) construction and renovations projects; conducting complaint investigations of the physical environment; and providing technical assistance and training to providers and state, county and local entities. |
