Johnson & Wales University was recruited to relocate to North Carolina based on, in part, a $10,000,000 incentive grant from the state. The North Carolina General Assembly has appropriated $7,500,000 through Fiscal Year 2008-09. The funds appropriated have been used to partially reimburse the cost of constructing facilities at the Charlotte cammpus. |
