| Description |
ARRA funds will restore degraded streambank(s) on State Forest lands to improve water quality and improve the watershed. Also, the ARRA funds will support ongoing technical development, training, and outreach related to forestry Best Management Practices (BMPs) for preventing sediment and other nonpoint source pollution during forestry operations. This includes continuing our assessments of logging jobs, oversight of a watershed harvest project, and monitoring of other completed watershed restoration projects. |
