| Description |
American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) is an stimulus award to supplement 2008 WIA Title I for Dislocated Workers. The purpose of the ARRA Workforce Investment Act funding is to serve those most impacted by the economic crisis faced by this country through the timely spending of resources; by moving adults to education and training and connecting the human resource to labor market.
