This grant is funded through the American Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This grant will be provide an opportunity to develop a vibrant energy sector strategy, providing an integrate system of education, training and supportive services that promote career pathway development for citizens, while addressing the State's need for improving energy efficiency and increasing renewable energy production. |
