| Description |
Reverse Mortgage Counseling and Training. The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency offers training in reverse mortgage counseling. For 2010 the Agency¿s pre-existing Reverse Mortgage Counseling Program was funded through a HUD Counseling Grant - Comprehensive Housing Counseling (CHC2010). The Reverse Mortgage Counseling Program did not change with the new funding. Participating counseling organizations provide reverse mortgage counseling and training, and submit requests for reimbursement to NCHFA. The CHC2010 contract with HUD began 10/2009 and expired 9/30/2010. |
