| Description |
The Grassroots Science Museums Collaborative provides funding to participating museums to enhance programs and services provided by each member museum and provide coordinated science education outreach throughout the state of North Carolina. |
| Grantee Eligibility |
Per Sessions Law 2011-145, House Bill 200, as a condition for qualifying to receive funding under Section 14.11, all required documentation shall, no later than November 1 of each year of the 2011-2013 fiscal biennium, be submitted for each museum under Section 14.11.(b) to the Department of Commerce for fiscal years ending between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010, and only those costs that are properly documented per Section 14.11(e) are allowed by the Department in calculating the distribution of funds under Section 14.11.(b). |
