This funded is awarded from the U.S. Department of Energy through The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). In North Carolina these funds will be used to offer rebates for the replacement of existing residential appliances with the following ENERGY STAR qualified appliances: clothes washers; dishwashers; refrigerators; freezers; water heaters; central air conditioners; heat pumps and furnaces. |
