Provides guidance, technical and financial assistance to units of local government and certain non-profit water corporations, in order to provide safe drinking water in the state of North Carolina. County governments, municipalities/towns, water and sewer authority districts, and others may apply. Application Deadline September 30th of each fiscal year. |
