| Description |
Under the CWSRF, Congress provides the states with capitalization grants to establish revolving loan programs to assist units of government in the construction of wastewater treatment facilities. These funds are from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. There is no State match required. Funds are made available to successful applicants based on their priority ranking at 0% interest and one-half principal forgiveness. |
